Anyone called IIO\'s of late? (For FP notice)

Has anyone spoken to VSC IIO\'s of late, about sending FP notices
to folks whose RD\'s are in October, 99?

I talked to him yesterday my rd is 10/19 and nd 10/25...he said they are sending fp notices at the end of process(before approval) for indian and chinese...he says MAYBE I should get it in couple of months...he was not sure....
