Anyone called IIO recently?

Have the phone lines gotten even worse?

Anyway, I got sick of it and called the 1-800 national customer service number, and the dude on the phone and me, both laughed about how screwed up CSC is .. and how he can't help me, even though he wants to (yea sure we know)

Kinda sad.

I had called IIO the last time on Feb 26th..at that time she told me that once INS gets converted to BCIS the IIO hours will be reduced from 9 to 4 instead of the previous 7 to 7.
 
Guys from 1-800 sent me back to 949-831-8427.
But even that number seems working after hours - I cannot came thru during bussines hours for 4 days. Damn. How I can check that what I heard 3 weeks ago (exactly before INS renaming) was true.
I spoke with IIO and she after apologizing for delay told me that my and wife's cases was assigned to officer.

Called since Monday, get tired of busy signal all the way. I wonder if the law firm has to redial like this. Any fast repeat dial other than SBC can provide?
