Anyone approved with RD 2007?

All,

Anybody got approval from NSC with a RD/ND of 2007? Just wondering. My details are as follows:

PD Jun 2002
I-140 Approved 05/06
PD became current 12/06
I-485 Received 04/12/07 Notice Date 04/16/07
FP 05/30/07
LUD 05/30/07 (same day as FP)
No LUDs since.

My PD has been current since early this year. With the wave of approvals coming from NSC with current PDs, should I expect approval anytime soon?

Thoughts? Anyone on the same boat?:rolleyes:
 
Dude, I am with you. PD April 2002 , 485 RD March 2007.
I don't think we have any chance until NSC starts processing March/April RD Cases.

I guess still too early for us.

I believe this posting is relevant.

I called NSC today to inquire about my EAD (Today is the 90th day since filing). Sensing a good mood on the other end of the wire, I gave my 485 receipt number first. I was told my security checks had not cleared yet and was assured I would be 'good to go' once that's done.

I should hear about my EAD pretty soon as it's now with a officer.
 
when to call?

lankan, is it standard procedure to only call IO after 90 days after submission?

i don't want to call IO when it's not yet the right time as it will just be a waste of time, right?

Hi all

I am with you all too. I guess we have to wait till all folks with older RDs get through. I too have seen many folks on trackitt.com getting approved with RD in 2007 (even May 2007). I guess bottom line is LUCK and how quickly you get out of name check/security check.

Regarding the EAD/AP applications, based on my experience, the approvals are very close to 90 days (looks like they only start looking at your file after 80 days!).

lankan, i know what you mean. that's been a recurring theme in the different threads..seems like the information you get varies with every person on the other line. :D

nwy, guess we'll have to wait....my friend who is in EB2 category submitted his I-485 late last year to the Texas SC...he got approved 2 weeks after 1st FP. I guess deep inside I was hoping the same kind of luck.:p

I am in the same boat. Till now no changes in EAD and AP also. Hope it will approve soon.

i got email approval notice for my EAD yesterday. waiting for AP, and of course, GC approval...hope i get the magic emails soon.....:eek:
 
I talked to a NSC IO yesterday, she was very nice and told me that my security check is still pending.

FYI : My EAD & AP got approved on last week.

I-140 AD :- Feb 09 2007
I-485/ I-765/ I-131 RD :- Apr 10 2007
ND :- Apr 11 2007
FP done :- May 30 2007
LUD changes in I-485 same day after FP done.
LUD changes before EAD & AP approved
I-765 AD :- July 03 2007
I-131 AD :- July 03 2007

I- 485 AD ????

Hey hip_chick, Everyone filed in 2007 has been approved, I guess you are the only one left.....rush to USCIS :D (JK ;) )
 
I know one guy belongs to row category got approved on July 3rd 2007. His 1485 ND is May 2007.

People whose ND are too old are waiting here for years to get approvals.
