Have you ever seen this during the process of your EAD card?

"On February 8, 2003, we received your response to our request for evidence or information. It is taking between 60 and 75 days for us to process this kind of case. However, because preliminary processing was complete before we requested the additional material, the remaining processing time for this stage of your case is approximately 75 days. You will receive a written decision on this case."

What is the duration given in youe AP Recp Notice???

Hi all,

Today, I got receipt notice of my AP
RD-02/11/2003
ND-02/11/2003...


But it says "The above petition has been received. It ususally takes 235 to 265 days from the date of this receipt ....>>

what did it says on your notice letters??? are they really talking this much time???

EAD/AP for wife and myself:

RD : 01/22/03
ND : 01/29/03

Any idea when I can expect to see some action on these. Thanks.
 
My wife rcvd her renewal EAD card in mail yesterday - 02/24/03. RD for EAD was 12/23/02 and approved on 02/06/03.
We also got our GC approval yesterday, so gues won't need the EAD now.

I think it is taking some 80 days.

Got my EAD renewal ....

Got My and my wife renewd card yesterday...

ND-2/1/2003
AP-3/12/2003


Only 42 days ... WOW !!! Good luck to you all ...
