My RD/ND for EAD is Dec9th/10th.
If I have company we could make this a tracker thread.

Does the Freeze affect EAD approvals too?

My 485 RD is 09/2001. My EAD is set to expire in 04/2003. I don't see any chances of my 485 getting approved before then. So applied for an EAD extension a couple of week back.

Does anybody have any idea with EAD approvals are also affected by the freeze?

Has anybody seen any EAD appovals in the last 4/5 weeks of the 485 freeze?

Seems like NSC is taking about one and half months to approve EADs now a days. That's how long they took to approve my wife's EAD renewal application. We received the card yesterday.
 
Yes they are approving the EADs & APs
RD: 11/12/02(mine & my wife EAD & AP)
ND: 11/19/02
AD: 12/20/02

Received EAD in mail today.
 
RD is 12/30/2002

INS Neb reeived my application for I140/I485 today (Dec 30). So I guess RD is 12/30/2002.

What will be my ND? What to expect in the next few weeks?

Still no info on anything.

But i recently saw a posting with RD 11/1 and ND 11/22 , where 140 was approved on 12/18 and EAD approval on 12/19. That person had received his EAD card on 12/24.

For info, Hope it brings us all some hope.

Card approved and on dec 3rd and mailed on dec 5th..Did not recieve the card yet ...what are my options.....???
 
do I have to send the signature card along with the EAD application?

I did not find it in the renewal packet I got from lawyer.

Whats the latest EAD approval do we have?

Kinda confused about the timelines 'cos NSC is not releasing its Jan03 processing times yet..

Any idea what date are they processing currently(nd/rd) for EAD and AP?
