You need to call USCIS for biometrics appt.
Awaiting which Picture Notification? When you e-file, you need to call USCIS yourself and schedule an appointment for biometrics. They will need your EAC number and give you a date and confirmation number for this. You need to take this conf. num alongwith your e-file print-out to the local ASC and they will do the rest.

well, that's why I am a little confused... according to this http://uscis.gov/graphics/publicaffairs/newsrels/LockBox11_23_04.pdf it should be filed to Chicago Lockbox... or does this apply only for transferred cases ?
