Anyone able to get to a customer service preson lately?

Guys,

I have been trying for the past two weeks to reach a customer service person by calling the 800 number. Everytime it takes me till the very end and disconnects after saying "Due to high call volume your wait time is expected to be more than 30 minutes.."

Did anyone had any luck lately. What is the best time to call. Thanks

My wife and I called independently and reached a cust. rep. last Thur. and Fri. She called at noon time I called several times (.30min) and got the naswer (25min) at 5pm.

I tried on Wed. right after 8 am and got a "live" person less than 5 mintus.
Hope this helps.

What will be the # I should call and what options should I choose before I get to the customer rep. I just need an update on my status
