Anybody without FP received status Approved??

Is there anybody whose I485 got approved after FP done and without FP received status.

I did my FP on Oct 7th and my status still shows I485 receipt. Am bit worried.

Lots of people have done FP and been approved with the status message never changing to "FP Recvd".

One of my friend I485 got approved after FP done and without FP received status. he did his FP 1st week of october and approved on 18th. Actually that guy didn't get his 2ND FP notice and his wife got 2nd FP and gave her FP. then he waited for couple of weeks after his wife FP and just went and asked in local INS office. They verified in the computer and taken his FP. he was expecting the status to be 'FP received' but got it approved . His RD 13th march 2003.


I did my FP on 14th October, but still showing old massage and never changed to FP received. My LUD changed 2 days in a row in 1st week of november and 3 days in a row for my kids. I was expecting it may change to 'FP received' but it doesn't change. now I am hoping for approval. But not sure how it goes

I am going to sent a postal mail to Vermont with the copy of finger printing done receipt from ASC. Lets see what happens.

My scheduled finger printing date was Sept 28th and because of address change I received the letter on Oct 5th and we were able to go to Newark and do finger printing on Oct 7th. I called USCIS couple of time, they said USCIS should get the result automatically. But till now it seems they haven't.

So lets see whether a postal mail can help or not.

I am in the same boat as you. Done my 1FP on 16Oct'04. But I-485 online message has never been changed untill today. Even the LUD is still showing the origional ND. Did your LUD chnage after FP? I have read from some threads that some people also have the same worry. Well, we can do nothing except hoping the miracle comes out and all of us will get approval directly without LUD/online message change.
