pd: 2/96 ND 10/3/00 fp 2/9/01 and 3/29. No word yet. I talked to IIO 3/6/01 and found that case not assigned yet. Usually a bunch of people in every month get stuck and i guess we are the lucky ones :
).
Did any of you get a RFE during i-140 stage?
There is another person by handle "LAL" who has similar dates like me from i-140 and his case also not assinged as of last week. We both got RFE\'s for i-140 (financial documents from company)

949-831-8427 and press 0. It is always busy but keep hitting the redial button for about 1/2 hour. Early morning at about 8:45 is suggested by a few. It just depends. Usually once u get the line ur hold time will be about 10-15min. It is not really worth the effort unless it has been about 3 months since FP.

FP 2/24/01 (scheduled for 3/15 but did it early)
AP, EAD approved in Jan 01.
No RFE.
Still waiting for 485 approval. Talked to an IIO about 10 days ago and she told me that my case is going to assigned to an officer soon. She asked me to check back in 30-60 days.
