Anybody with less than 180 days in job ??

Hello,
I was wondering if anybody got laid off with less than 180 days on the job but their I 485 application pending still or got any RFE and if we know the outcome in such cases??

sridhars have you done anything about it ???

I talked to bunch of lawyer in Southern California and could not find anybody who is knowledgeable enough about the 180 day rule. However attorney Murthy seems to be on top of it consult with her web page at http://www.murthy.com/ specially read her old chats. I am wondering about your and other people experience in this matter.
