Anybody with I-140 Pending of RD of 29th Jan 03.

Hello,
My I-140 RD is 29th Jan,2003. I want to know if anybody I-140 is pending with the same date or before it.
My I-1485 Rd is 23 Apr.2003. I am working on EAD right now. I did my FP in June 2003.
The SC is TSC.

Well, ur. FP is about to expire. Send them a expedited request FAX based on FP expiry and see what happens. Mostl likely you will get a concurrent approval of 140 and 485.

For details on the fax, look at the scanner or tracker thread. It is somewhere there.

My dates are 02/12/03 for 140/485.

My lawyer already sent third enquiry on 9th july. I don't know what these guys are doing. No response so far. It's really frustating.

I did get my FP notice after second enquiry and did FP on 6/24/04.
 
My dates are 01/20/03 for 140.
jun 20 03 for 485
FP aug 03

I recived REf from TCS on july 08.I have to submit within 12 weaks.

Sent FAX, letters and called the 800 number several times. Nothing changed.

I really do not understand this, on one hand TSC says they are processing June cases, seeing that I feel ok we are making progress, then on the other hand they still have these cases from as late as late last year.

Status changed to requesting RFE.

Today my Case status changed to requesting RFE. The exact message is

"On August 4, 2004, we mailed a notice requesting additional evidence or information in this case. The notice explains in detail what additional material is needed. If you have questions about the notice, what is required, or if 14 days have passed and you have not received the notice, please call the National Customer Service Center at (800) 375-5283".

I will post the RFE details. When I get those.

RFE received by my Lawyer.

Yesterday my lawyer received the RFE. BCIS has requested more document regarding my employer ability to PAY and has asked for my W2 for previous years including the statements from my company.

The list only has 4 numbers SRC0308350 to SRC0308353. The numbers repeat.

The 3 stars at the end of each number also are 3 numbers actually. We generally do not reveal the numbers in public.
