Anybody with 485 Date of DEC2003 still waiting??

Still hanging On...

Still waiting with I-485 RD of 09/2003. Already applied for 3rd EAD... On opening 2nd inquiry with VSC, I was given the lack of manpower,security clearance blah blah.....Dunno what to do , apart from waiting on and on....

Do you know if your Name check has been completed with FBI? Some people got the same message " routine security check man power bla bla.." though they have cleared the FBI name check.

Me too got security check Manpower etc .....

I had send a mailt o FBI on 24th Dec'04 regarding Name Status Check.No reply yet. So don't know where am I stuck...Apart from waiting, do you have any other suggestion for me :)

I-485 NOV.2003 pending

Hi,
Mine I-485 still pending NOV 2003.EB-1 L-1 Manager based.
I have question once I-140 approved then it is necesary to obtain L-1 status.
I had applied L-1 Ext. in Nov 2003, July 2003 L-1 Ext. had been denied and Appeal at AAO. After long time in MAY 2005 I received Lettor By AAO that petition will be denied.THE APPEAL IS DISMISSED. Now what is the status just now.It is out of status or I-14o is approved and I-485 is pending more then18 months so our status is legal?
Is this effect I-140 and I-485 ?

L-1 Change of status approved DEC 2001
I-140 AD: AUG 2003
I-485 ND: NOV 2003 Inquary INS MARCH 2005 Reply APRIL 2005 "Your Case is pending with us." after then LUD changed 17th,18th,and 19th April but no message change.
EAD AD: June 2004. 2nd EAD and AP applied ND: MAY 2005
L-1 Ext.ND: NOV 2002 Denied by AAO MAY 2005

In this case how long we have to wait for GC under EB-1 catagory.

How do i find out if my name check is sent to FBI. Is there an email / letter format, I feel that i should start rooling the ball.

Did an inquiry, lack of manpower was the answer(ist week of may).
 
Guys Its finally my day

My I-485 is approved on May 23rd. I got the approval in the mail to day. But one more thing Online status is not updated.It still shows April 11 we responsed blah, blah.........

Guys don't worry every body will get approval soon.
