Anybody with 2nd FP recieved on 18th Aug

Again changed to 09/09

Checking for second time this morning and i found that my LUD changed to 09/09 within one-hour time. Any thoughts on what’s going on?

The online status hasn't changed yet. I called to CSC emergency number, and the guy on the phone (didn't hang up on me! that's already a progress!) told me that they have received my FP2 results and the case was assigned to an officer and he is working on it.

I have done my finger prints on 08/03/04. The online status has'nt changed.
It still shows the old message
 
Just checked my case status and noticed that LUD was updated however the online status is the same.
HowLongWaiting, any improvements on your case?
 
same is the case with my wife's 485

She also got 2nd FP notice on Aug16th redirected from old address. But online status was same as redneck's.

On 09/10 LUD has changed. I am hoping we will hear some goodnews this week. I am primary applicant and I got my plastic cards also.

Something tells me that it is going to take longer then we expected. My case was among the first that were filed concurrently. A few days before my case was filed it was actually permitted.
This means that there were a lot of I485s filed arout this time and currently SCS has a quite big pack of casses to deal with.
Therefore we probably should relax and forget about all this stuff for a while. :(
 
Finally it is approved

Today my wife's case has been approved......
I wish all you guys get your approvals soon.....

09/15/04 : Initiated level 1 status enquiry
09/16/04 : "This case has been approved. On September 15, 2004, an approval notice was mailed. If 14 days have passed and you have not received this notice, you may wish to verify or update your address......."
 
Congratulations pd485! The LUD of my wive's case was changed yesterday. It is 09/15/04 now. The status message is the same. My LUD wasn't changed.

Did my FP2 on sep 3rd. Till date it still says "on July 26th responded ......"
No update as FP results received. FBI says results sent back the same day.
LUD is 7/29/04.

COntacted senator, congressman, sent level 1 level2 faxes
No response to faxes
Replied to senator and congressman to send second FP.
After a month wife received FP2, but not me.
WIfe's second FP received July 2nd
Waited for my FP and then in the end gave her FP early august
Meanwhile my status went to "Responded ....."
Status disappeadred for about week.
Then came back again as " responded"
Contacted congressman again.
Received my FP2 on July 29th
Gave prints on September 3rd
Still getting the same f***ing message now. no change
 
My 2nd FP was received on 18th Aug by USCIS.
Approved about two weeks later.

I've just checked my case status online and noticed that LUD was updated. I'm wondering how many times it is going to get updated before they produce something.

Yesterday check with attorney firm for RFE notice and they said they will let me know once they get it. I am expecting it should be EVL, W2, and Payslips. Has anybody are in similar situation like

Finally approved

I got email of approval for me and my wife's case. and the online message also changed to approval. My daughter's case still pending. Here is some details about my case: ND-11/23/02, 1st FP-2/8/03, 2FP-8/14/04, AD-9/22/04. My wife's: 2FP-2/8/03, 2FP-8/31/04, AD-9/22/04. Good luck to all those whose case still pending, you will get approved soon. Thanks to this web and forums.
 
HowLongWaiting, my LUD has changed today once again. It's the same way as it was with your case I believe. It looks like they are preparing RFE for me as well.
