Did 2nd FP for self and wife on Aug 20th at SJC ASC. FP results received for me on Aug 27th and spouse on Aug 30th. LUD changed for both but no email notification, notification is turned on. Will update this page if more changes come in, (Hopefully an approval.) :rolleyes:
 
saphr485, left_brainer, gudada - I'm happy for you guys! What a relief. I bet you will never apply for changing permanent residence anymore ;)

According to e-mail, myself and my 2 sons were
approved today. Wife and daughter not yet approved
(gender separation at CSC??? :confused: )

EB-1 OR - primary, spouse, and 3 children filed together.
Got 2nd FP appointment for primary for 8/19. Lawyer sent
fax to USCIS reminding them of spouse, who then got 2nd
FP appointment for 9/8. We both went early to San Jose
ASC on 8/14 (should have gone even earlier, but oh well)

I-485 ND 10/24/2002

FP 1: 12/12/2002 (both)
FP 2: 08/14/2004 (both)
FP rec: 08/18 (both)
AD: 8/31 (no LUD change between 8/18 and 8/31)
 
Not yet. I got email confirmation from CIS. Website notice also changed saying 485 is approved. Waiting for the approval notice.
 
Got my case proved on 1/step/2004 and the internet description was updated this morning wating for the aprove notice from mail.

LUD changed on 8/18 (received your FP blah blabh)
no change till Sept. 2. Today the LUD changed and so the message.
Got the mail yesterday (sept.1) at 7.45 pm ( I remember someone else said in this thread he also received mail at 8 pm. Seems they send mail only at a regualar time).

Guys, my wife WAC-03-260... and me WAC-02-272... had a fingerprint done together (1st one for her and 2nd for me) on 8/17/04.
However her online status has changed on 8/27/04 and mine hasn't. It is still: "On August 13, 2004, the document we made based on the approval or registration of this case was mailed directly to the person to whom issued."
I don't understand - what's going on out there!? Does that mean that I stuck again for an indefinite period of time? :(
 
I checked CIS website for Infopas and looks like it is SFO. I didn't take an appointment. Will wait till i get the approval notice.
