Anybody with 04/02 RD still waiting for approval??

I see some 5/02 RD approvals lately. I don't know if approvals are being driven by RD or FP dates??

RD - 04/17/02
ND - 04/22/02
FP - 05/29/03
FP received by CIS - 06/11/03
3 EAD's
Still Waiting anxiously.....
 
RD, ND or FP, none of them is important as TSC does not follow any pattern. The only think to do is to pray that we're on the lottery winner list, otherwise, be prepared to wait for 950 days or longer.

The bottom line is that we have waited for more than 730 days, and we have missed good opportunities.

I think you are going to get a pretty long list. There are still some March'02 case pending now. I tend to think TSC is working on the case according to ND and FP date, but obviously that is not true. We saw the two post that '03 case get 140 and 485 approved at the same time yesterday. Anyway, just my 2 cents.
My details are: ND 4/12/02, FP 6/17/03.
