There is no standard with regard of the service. I mean both INS, IRS, and postal service.

I am on the verge of getting fired. If I get fired will it effect my stamping and card.

I don\'t think it will affect your stamping.

However, I completely share your feelings. I have been waiting for more than a week and the notice is still not here. A coworker of mine got his notice in 7 days, but I guess he\'s just a lucky guy. I don\'t know when mine will arrive. VSC is a sick agency. It just cannot do one thing right.
