Anybody who did 2nd FP got approved?
I just got the 2nd FP done today. Very eager to know when I could expect approval!

any of you approved guys with 2nd FP experience pl share your knowledge/experience.

ND 12/01/01
1st FP 02/01/02
RFE 04/15/03
RFE responded 04/22/03
2nd FP 06/05/03

When did you get 2nd FP request?

I have similar RD/ND as yours. Also RFE has been received for 2 months, still waiting. My FP will expire in 2 weeks. So did you receive your 2nd FP notice after your first one expired? I assume mine is coming soon.

no approval yet after 2nd FP

Hi here are my details:

RD: 8-22-01
ND: 9-25-01
1st FP: Jan 2002
RFE for Employment and Birth certificates in 12-2002
Responded in Jan 2003

Went for SR on 15th Feb 2003 (from Pakistan)

2nd FP notice in early May 2003 went for FP 3 weeks before the
appointment date. As per IIO INS has received the result sof my FP from FBI.

INS's hour-glass (or YEAR-GLASS) continues to hang my life's computer.

Yes, I received my 2nd FP after the first one expired. Hope you get your approval before the FP expires

Hi Guys,

I got second finger print notice today scheduled for June 10 at Nebraska INS office. I have only 3 days left.
But I work in different place. So, can I go to any INS place or it is must that I should go to Nebraska as scheduled.

My case is transfered to local INS office one month ago. Please share your thoughts.
