Anybody went for FP in CINCINNATI, OHIO before Schedule date?

Some where in this forum I read, "If you do FP earlier than scheduled date, chances are you might get RFE". This is assumption only. it is up to you....
 
I dont think this is true. Is this a fact or a figment of imagination?

You will get RFE if there is any conceivable reason to get one. Most of the times it is for valid clarification
