anybody wating for ead with RD before NOV 17?
I applied for EAD renewal on NOV 17th and still waiting (Applied online). I called the 800 number and I was told (rudly) that I have to wait for another 30 days to send an inquiry!!
 
You may wanna check seriously about the status of your EAD application thru lawyer/Senator.
Not scaring you but EAD applications with ND's upto 10 Jan 2004 are been approved.

did you call to find out what is going on?? According to BCIS website they have processed EADs till NOV 21

Mine got approved on April 9th with RD NOV 21st.
I contacted senator for inquiry of my 485/EAD and then
EAD got approved in a week.
May be you should try contacting senator.
I am from Chicago and contacted senator Dick Dubrin.

Me too. I already went and get an IEAD on Jan 2004. Called BCIS and they said they can't isssue inqury until processing time of EAD moved to Nov 29th 2003. "BullShit"!!!
