Anybody waiting with RD/ND 11/00-4/01? want to see how many people still waiting before ND4/01.

FP3/02

Did you check with INS that they received the FP results from FBI and loaded it into their system. If you have not, please do so. Your FP results might have got lost.
 
I called INS..

I called INS a month back... they said everything is fine and cases is assigned to officer a month back.. you can expect result any time...
But Not yet approved....
 
FP Okay per FBI

FBI sent our FPs to TSC immediately. Not sure if INS has it
or lost it. Need to check..

Check with INS if they received it and updated their system. In my case, what happened was FBI sent the results back(FP done 5/31/02), but INS lost it. I discovered after many months that my A# was wrong in FP notice( it was wrong in 485 receipt too) and INS simply trashed the results from FBI. Eventually, my attorney who had been sleeping all along for all the big bucks we paid, contacted INS many times and obtained a second FP for me for May 03.

EB-2. Dependent case. Principal approved 5/02.
