Anybody Waiting for I-485 Approval for ND 05/2000

I couldn\'t get thru IIO numbers. But keep getting message "INS have received your I-485 applicartion on MAy 8 2000, It takes 365 - 400 days..."

Does this mean it is still not assigned to anybody..

Dear ISG,
 My RD is also LIN00158..... and my ND is also May 8 \'00. My AVM says that my i485 was received in May 8th, and that it taks 370 to 400 days to process this type of case....

My ND is 5/11/00 with an FP of 12/19/00. Still waiting. My AVM is the same as yours. A chat with the IIO got me the information that my application is now in the list to be processed and the it should take 30-45 days. They said it would take 30-45 days more than 3 weeks ago. So that must be a standard answer. Good news is that my file is moving. How slowly is anybody\'s guess.

So waitin, waiting, waiti......
