Anybody waiting for finger print notice in Atlanta?

It seems ATL is extremely slow in sending FP notice. I called TSC today and they told me that an FP request has been made a month ago but couldn't schedule it. Anybody in the same boat?

I file 140 and 485 concurrently in Aug 2004. I have received approval of my 140 but haven't received FP notice yet. Please see my signature for my case history.

When did you file your I-140?
Did you file I-140 and I-485 concurrently?
Did you call TSC by yourself? What number did you call?
Who made request to whom?

I know, these r too many questions at one time, but I would realy appreciate if you could answer these at a time convenient to you.

Hi mhsoor,

I-140 ND: 9/2004, concurrent
I called TSC's 800 number by myself
I was told that "a finger print request" was made, but "haven't been scheduled" because "there are many people in the line". My guess was that TSC made a request to Atlanta finger print people....but they don't have a slot yet.

Hi Guys,
I am in same boat, I Also Filed in August 2004 Concurrently, Received FP Notice Scheduled for 4/1/2005. Not Heard word about I-140. Asked attorney to Make Inqiry.
 
kusho, what category are you in?

Summit, may your words come true. I am going on vacation to India in May and I really would like to get over with FP'ing before I leave. If I get my notice sometime soon, most likely I will have to go for an early FP.

Advanced Finger Printing in Atlanta

Hi

I just recd FP notice for spouse and me scheduled for 6 May 2005, has any forum members tried advanced Finger printing in Atlanta service center - what is the response from them - any info will be appreciated

FP schedule on 4/1/2004,at JAcksonville.
 
atl_fp, can you give me the 800 number for the TSC? Also what did you tell them when you enquired about your case? Did they ask you for any information like case # or something?

Has anyone tried to postpone their FP at the Atlanta center. Would appreciate if you could share your experience on the above.

I-765 ----> RD : 03/03/2005 & AD : ? (EAD)
I-131 ----> RD : 03/03/2005 & AD : 03/30/2005 (AP )
I-140 ----> RD : 08/09/2004 & AD : 01/24/2005 ( lawyer got notice. LUD has not changed)
FP Notice: AWAITING
I-485 ----> RD : 08/09/2004 & AD : AWAITING

Want to bet who gets through first?;)
 
lrugnevm, no bets man. One can't predict the actions of TCS. I hope (and wish) we both get the FP notice at the same time.

Thanks atl_fp. I got it. I am contemplating whether I should call TSC or shall I wait for some more time. I mean you had a valid point to call and check but I don't have any.

I will see till mid of April or else I will call and check what is going on.
