i tried to call @ 2143811423 to find out status of my application regarding EAD (by the way RD 11/20/01, no EAD or FP yet) but message is asking for 14 digit case number, I don\'t think I have 14 digit SRC number. Would you please guide me how to input SRC number to find out status, thanks

It seems to me your ND and caes number doesn\'t match at all.

2nd Rejection : 11/07/2001 { Finger Printing Fees FD-258 of $25.00/person Not included in the Check by employer}
2nd Rejection Received : 11/20/2001

At this stage

3rd Submission : 12/01/2001
