Anybody waiting for 485 approval filed in July 2000 ?

Hi all: Wondering If anybody still waiting for 485 approval who have filed in July 2000.
INS still seems to working on Jan\'01 filed applications.. Any idea on one year old
applications?

My info:
RD: 07/13/2000
WAC : 00-213-XXXXX
FP done: 1/29/01
EAD/AP : approved in 11/00.

Mine was filed as part of EB2 litigation, Anybody in that category still waiting?

Yes, I am one of the unfortunate persons who is still waiting for my I-485 approval. I had my I-485 files in July 2000, and the INS is thanking our proactiveness by delaying us an approval and rewarding the ones who filed more than 6 months after us - with RD 01/01.
Talk of being in a first world country with supposedly the best place to have fairness done to one.

we filed our application for I 485 in oct 2000 in EB2 category.

Do\'t know when we will hear those magic words.

My I-485 ND :04/05/2000. (EB2) PD : 10/98 ; 2nd EAD. No Fingerprint issued for principal applicant. Spouse received FP
notice in March 2001. Talked to IIOs. Wait forever....

Gsrao1, have you talked to your lawyer about your FP? He can send an inquiry to the association of lawyers. And the INS has to respond to the association.

My attorney sent 7 fax inquiries to INS. He sent one inquiry thru AILA. If it is not going to be successful, I will seek senator\'s help.

i.e field for 485 under litigation? I am thinking INS might have screwed those cases?

        Do you when was last case approved?
