Anybody waiting after 1.5 months of RFE and 2nd FP

I'm tyring to find out is anybody there out like me(unlucky).
Still waiting for officer to pick up the case even after BCIS re'ved my RFE and 2nd FP.

Don't know what is going on with it.
What a bad luck I have??? :confused: :eek:

Yes, I am close to your case.
RFE received by USCIS 4/7/04
2nd FP Review received by USCIS 4/10/04 though it was scheduled for 5/20/04
No touch in my case. Last touch was on 4/19 after I registered.

RFE Received 4/12/04, FP done in Jan, last touched date 4/13/04 after I registered for email service.

it took 4 months for my case to be picked up after the receipt of RFE.

hang on.. there's hope!

I have a feeling it wont be until June earliest ...

So do u mean that as JIT dates moved on they would start approving the cases.
But still the adhoc approving people who are well ahead of dates.
This means that we might fall under some conservative Officer hands.

same situation for me, RFE received 03/26, 2nd FP received on 04/17. Last updated on 04/19 for the FP, nothing afterwards. I was originally thinking maybe the officer who handles our cases are on vacation, but it has been too long for a vacation under normal circumstances. Who knows.

Talked to IIO today... the lady said allow 1 month after RFE received date.

Did you speak to an IIO directly or was it a customer service person??? If it was an IIO, did you ask to be connected to an IIO?

The reason I am saying June is because if we are part of the purported "pilot program" then it was stated that they would abjudicate within 90 days. Since we received RFE in March, 90 days will expire in June. As they haven't approved immediately after receving 2nd finger print, they may be delaying approval to the last minute.

If we are not part of any "pilot program" they may delay for another 15 months, since we just did finger prints.

Or if they plan to abjudicate all 2002 cases by this Oct maybe (just maybe) we may be approved by then.

All my own speculations. Who knows how USCIS operates!

I also waited almost 2 months, but it was finally approved last week.

Isn't FP result suppose to come back in a few days, and RFE results will be received a few days after mailed out?
