anybody wac-02-042, still waiting for GC?

Iam one of wac-02-042-xxxxxx series and still waiting for my GC. I wonder if there is anybody else is on the same boat.

I faxed CSC several times, They always respond to me saying they are adjudicating it. How long they take to adjudicate it?

my case details:

RFE received: 6/1/2003
RFE responded: 7/1/2003
no 2nd FP yet, 1st FP expired 7/11/2003
RD: 10/16/2001
ND: 11/17/2001

yes, I'm also 02-042 case. I've not got any RFE or any 2nd FP notice.

1st FP - 4/30/2002

called several times and they say that they will send enquiry but nothing happened yet.
 
RFE replied

RFE was generated in last week of oct 2002 for paystubs tax docs etc and was replied in first week of Nov 02. The BCIS website status acknowledges that they received response on Nov 25th (don't know why the delay may be they opened mail late). Afte that no progress no second FP. First FP expired long back, I did it on 04/02/02.
 
Still Waiting - WAC041

I have replied to a regular RFE and they received it in August'03 and also done my 2'nd FP and BCIS says they received it on 30th September.

Looking forward for an approval.
