Anybody talked to IIO with AUG 1st week ND

Was wondering anybody talked to IIO recently. I ahd seen couple of august 2nd nd cases, being told to wait till they complete 60days after FP. BUT, saw approvals for july FP\'s. pLease share your input

I did my FP on June 3rd 2000. My Nd: 08/13/2000. EB2 INDIA PD MAY 1998
Still waiting. I think it is more than 60 days. So dont beleive in IIO\'s answers.
