Anybody received email response about FBI name check

Did anybody received any email/fax response about FBI name check status recently? Have not seen this kind of posts for long time. I sent email inquiry in Oct, but no response at all.
 
Probably they erase your mail, because i've seen that they take about a month or two months the most to answer e-mail inquiries, I really don't know how to help you since you cant' send faxes or call them, anyone knows another way to contact them?
 
Have sent one on oct 12 as well and several of them subsequently. Havent seen a response. I do see that they respond in case your name check is pending. I did see a couple of posts in the citizenship forum where applicants name check was pending. So i guess they are only responding to those whose checks are pending . Again this is a guess only. Try sending certified mails to Mr Hardy and Mr Hooton ( David's boss).

I think they only response to the persons whose name check was completed. No response means that it continue pending. Really don't know how to expedite this.
 
Namecheck

I haven't received any reply to the email I sent in the first week of October to FBI about name check. However I learnt from Dallas local office during my visit on 12/30/04 that my namecheck has been cleared.

no response to FBI email

Hi,
I did not receive any response either to emails sent around mid Oct and Dec.
hope the 'pending review' message for FP is just an oversight by CIS and name check has been cleared.
 
My congresman sent my a letter, they received a response from TSC, I am in the scheduler for a new fingerprint, in aprox 90 days, but also it says that my name check is pending, I sent an e-mail to fbi during mid december, so with God's help I will have the name check cleared before 2nd FP notice, since it is not even a month since I sent the e-mail inquiry I would probably wait until next monday to send a new one.
 
I sent an email on oct 4 and took them a couple of months to reply on Dec 15th they informed me that USCIS has not requested my name check.
