Anybody rcvd name check results ???

My RD of 485 was May 12, 2003.
According to e-mail from FBI, request was received from USCIS on May 28, 2003 and results were sent back to USCIS on May 28, 2003.
Good for you !!
looks like FBI takes around 45-60 days to respond.
got his reply from FBI, what should I do?

I received the following reply from the FBI name check program:
"Dear Mr. XXXXXXX XXXX XXXXX:
I am responding to your email dated October 6, 2004, concerning your name check status.
A review of the FBI’s Name Check Program database concerning Mr. XXXXX revealed that a request from the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services was received on March 8, 2004, and it is currently pending. You may be assured that the immigration authorities will be notified at the earliest possible date upon completion of his case.
I am sorry we are unable to be of more assistance at this time.

WHAT SHOULD I DO? Should I just wait and pray for MR. FBI officer to finish checking on my name even after more than 8 months has passed. Or, is there any thing that I can do to expedite the process? I have seen some people suing the FBI to move their case forward? Any thoughts? Please GUYS Help!
