FP 6/12/03 expired and waiting for second FP

I just want to see if i have any company here. my lawyer sent two enquiries and I sent fax to TSC about my FP expiring. Nothing worked.

I filed my I-140 (NIW) on May 2003, and so far I haven't done my FP yet. Here is my details:

Mine is from feb 2003, check sigunature. No improvement at all. My wife's FP are going to expire next month. I already wrote to senator.

Recd RFE (financial ability)on case first week of this month.
Just hoping that the case would be approved fast once we submit the req paper work
