Hi,

I had a LUD on my approved EAD on 9/3.

My 3rd EAD was approved on 8/13 and I have already received the renewed EAD card, so I am surprised that there is a LUD on the approved EAD.

Any guesses on what is going on at TSC.

My details:
EB2 India
VSC to TSC xfer: 3/15, LUD: 3/15, 3/16, 3/27
EAD 3rd: RD: 7/20, AD: 8/13
FP1: Code 3 10/01/05, FP2: Code 1 05/02/07 (no LUD after FP2)

Well that happened to my case, I called tsc and the io said that. She also said allocation is possible "when a visa # is available"

No lud for me it has been already 8 days and most people that got 2 lud's like me in trackitt already got approved, but I am happy for you

Lets hope ur words come true. Nothing happening in my spouse case. Last LUD was when it got transferred to TX. Fingers crossed for now
