Anybody knows what happen to March 05 RIR application in Boston DOL office?

Does anybody know what happens to the Boston DOL office? My lawyer told me early June that my RIR application filed in March 05 was being processed there. This case is among the ones that were filed so late that they missed the boat of PERM related backlog. Boston office thus will continue to process these late receipts. Normally they are pretty good at catching up one month of work per month. However it has been 3 months now that they are still processing the March 05 applications. Does anybody know that if there is even an officer there doing anything, or like the rumors I heard, everybody goes to the PERM cases? Funny thing is that Boston office has a phone inquiry number that never works. Appreicate any insight you have. Thanks,
