Anybody knows the timeline at NBC for I130 & 485

I applied I 130 & I 485 in DEC for my mother. Anybody knows the time line now a days for these applications?
I live in NC state and I sent the applications to a lockbox in chicago.

I applied my parents in 5 October 2012. Got fingerprinted in 1 Nov 2012.

Since then... NOTHING..... it has been almost 3.5 month since fingerprint

i applied for parents Nov 1st priority date. Fingerprints late november. since then, nothing.

My I90 was routed to NBC also for my conditional name correction since October 2012 and got a letter that it was received around end of October and since then, nothing. Is NBC part of the processing center or just a center that fixes initial mistakes.
