Anybody know the phone number of VSC?

I want to call them and see if they can expedite my AP application. I really do not want to use the interim AP thing. Anyone can help me? Thanks a lot.

I beleive the short cut to talk with service center directly is the following we at TSC do always try it. follow the same hope u would be connected to VSC directly and officer will be replying,

First call 800 (you are going to check status by phone )
then follow this

Press 1 for english
Press 2
Press 6
Press 1 for SRC/receipt no (ur service center receipt)
Press 1 to confirm
Press 3
then Press 3 or 4 when u hear option, "If you have file multiple petitions and got seperated". Select that option, this will connect you to TSC direct.

Be nice and polite, and show ur patientce to them. trust me in this way you will dig it out info more than u expect. all you need is relax and smile. :D


If u find receipt no error then use anyother even appvd or any receipt , they would ask ur receipt when connected

VSC contact info. Call at 8am first thing in the morning.

Number : 1800-375-5283 and selections as below. Good Luck to you.

Press 1 (for english),
press 2 (for existing case),
press 6 (for case statues etc),
then press 1( for knowing your receipt no.),
enter the receipt # to get the automated response saying blah blah blah and also at the end saying this is the most upto date information on your case and our customer the same info national customer service agents have (i totally agree with this).
Then choose to continue to the next step "press 3" . choose 3
Listen to the options-
Option 4 "if you feel if you submitted together and one of the applications is left out and not processed (don't remmember the exact message text ..but something about companion case "
