hen they hit Aug 99...How are they going to process the 485 applications as basically that
was the time when they opened the flood gates and made eveybody current.And for people like me
PD Dec 98 EB3 ND 9/99 FP ( just recieved notice ) how long of a wait is it going to be...??

It think there is going to be a wiiiide spread in the approvals.
Meaning, totally chaotic.
Sounds pesimistic or realistic?

With RD 4/99, I am probably one of the poor souls hanging on to the
bottom edge of the spread.

So is it actually possible that when they touch Aug 99 ND they are going to start
appoving people with different PD\'s for EB3?

When they start processing AUG99 cases they will sort out all the 485\'s based on PD. If the PD is not current that person will get a visa not available letter and the file will be kept on hold till PD is current. IF the PD is current then the case will be processed ofcourse the older PD being given the priority. This is my understanding and what my lawyer told me..If anyone else has any other info please do post.

my details are EB3 INDIA.. pd 4feb97, rd/nd aug/sept 99, FP to be taken on 8th aug 00
