LucyMo or Anybody has the idea ?

Can the DV-2006 winner take part in the DV-2007?
If can, how about if he/she win the DV-2007, what should he/she do? Can his/her winning have any impact on his/her DV-2006?
Please anybody give advice!

nothing stops u from entering for dv2007. u've not be given the visa yet, so dont be too sure. If eventually u get the visa in this 2006dv, and u also win the 2007dv, no implication whatsover, only u would not proceed with the processing, since u would no longer need it.

Your are very true, we haven't been given the VISA yet, don't be too sure; but, Will it be any contradiction? As I have ever read somewhere, it mentions something like if we have won the lottery and not proceed it, then we won't be eligible for the GC at any later date. I could be wrong, I don't know. Do you have any idea LucyMo? :confused: :confused: :confused: :(

by all means, do play again!

I know of one couple: she won last year, they had an interview, she got the visa and he got the administrative check, which lasted too long, and he never got his visa. What do you know - he won the next year, don't know the outcome yet.
