As mentioned in the approval notice. Passport, original approval notice, 2 photographs. You do not have to but they may ask for your Advance Parole and EAD if you ahve any.

2. Do they let you in with your spouse who has 1/2 hr. later appot?

Yes they will let you both in at the same time.

Congrat!

One infopass appointment is good for the couples. They also asked for I-94 (original one when you entered USA, not the one with H1-B. but it seems ok if you do not keep the original one). 4 photo if your passport expired in 6 months. You don't need to wait until the appointment time is up. Go early and just show the infopass and passport to the guard. They will let you in.
