Anybody got visa successful in India thru VFS emergency visa appointment

I am going for the 8th year visa stampping in India. I am currently got the emergency appointment at New Delhi using the case of returning for H1B work and who is already in USA. I am with the same company and had the expired H1 visa in passport for the same company. Hope this is enough supporting reason. Can anybody pls share who got successfully through the emergency appointment. Thanks in advance.

hi

on an emergency visa you also need to prove that you have a job that is currently available and that you have been maintaing status through out the entire duration of stay in the US.

Offcourse when you are working in US means you have a job and letter from Employer. This should be fine then.
 
Hi,

I am going for 7th year stamping and I don't see the difference in the dates between the emergency appt and the regular one though I selected the criteria of returning worker. Is there a trick in getting the emergency appt?
