Anybody got to talk to IIO today 8/21

I was able to talk to a VERY FRIENDLY IIO @ 12:40 pm PDT after an 18 min wait

Yes the AVM says that an RFE was issued on Aug 02, 2001. Neither me nor my atty have received that so far.

Follow up w/ IIO

Ramesh,

I was in same boat as you, RFE mailed on 8/1/01 (if you check AVM, it should state that "on Aug 2nd, we MAILED you a...." AVM goes on to state that you should receive RFE within 14 days. If it is longer than 14 days, you should call IIO and ask them to re-mail you the RFE, as I did. My lawyers got the RFE today, but only after I called IIO and asked her to re-send it to lawyer.

I would suggest that you call IIO tomorrow and ask them to remail it to you or your lawyer.
