Anybody got RFE for EAD?

Hi folks:

I had received an RFE for another set of photographs for my EAD.
VSC received the new set on April 25th. When can I expect my EAD
approval?

Talk about Funny messages. The AVM at VSC says "It normally takes
between 60-90 days for this kind of case. However, since preliminary
processing has already been done before we requested additional
information in your case, it should take only 90 days to make a
decision in your case".

Anybody has any experience? I am unable to work until my new EAD
gets approved.

Shouldn`t take long.

Generally the time limits on the AVM is not to be trusted. My guess is.. you should get EAD approval in couple of weeks and EAD should be sent to you in another 14 days.

Do not go by the duration of processing time on the AVM message. That is just a standard message they use for all cases. Once they receive your photographs, you should get your EAD within 2-3 weeks.

This is what has has happened in the past.
