Hello everybody, please let me know anybody get REF after they gave FP? Somebody told that once FP given means, you will automatically get GC approved letter!! Is it true? I will appreciate any discussions on this issue. Thanks.
Infact I have seen ppl get RFE after the FP as that is when the actual adjudication of your case begins and the immigration officer sees that you have all the necessary documents needed. Hoping none get RFE after the FP but have see a lot of postings with the same.
