I am sure they are looking at your file these days. I am a NOV filer and they just transferred my case to local office for an interview. :mad:

Don't know if it to clear the backlogs or something wrong my my application. The only thing I can think of is our Birth certificates.

I did everything i could. I sent a letter to tsc, Sent a couple of faxes to Tsc. Contacted senater as my finger prints are about to expire. Nothing helped. Now my finger prints are expired. I will be happy if they issue me 2nd finger prints atleast.

I 485 ND:Oct 2002 -> Approved in Jul 19th 2004

I filed my i 485 in oct 2002. Mne got approved in July 19th 2004.
I am waiting for approval notice.

Me too.

I filed concurrent cases in Nov. 2002 and got I-140 approved in Aug. 2003. I would suppose I should count the time from concurrent filing. Since then I have been waiting for FP. Sent a couple of faxes to TSC two weeks back and to senator and congressman as well. Nothing has happened yet. However, wish good luck to everybody soon.

My case has been transfered to Kansas City, MO. My ND is Nov 13th in EB3 category. My FP was done in Dec 03. Now waiting desperately for the interview notice. :mad:

Hi,
My I-485 RD is Sept 02 ,INS Texas. I moved to Kansas,KS and did inform them the address change. Hav'nt had any FP yet.
Do you think they will transfer my case to Kansas,KS...and will this have any delay Shoiuld i sent them fax to expedite my case? Pl advice based on your experience.

Did you call the senater??. You have to do something else your file will be left over untouched.

Thanks for the advice. I talked to company attorney, she said there are 15 of us that filed at the same time and at the same boat. I started send fax last week, and hope for the best.
