I guess I am the unlucky one. My 140 is pending for 15 months now and based on NSC processing date my lawyer can't submit inquiry. One of my friends with 02/2004 notice date got both 140/485 approved.

I just want I-140. My h1 is completing and I work for American based company. If i'm out of job then I'm out of payroll. I'm just having sleep less nights. This waiting is just/more like Waiting at Chennai Office for Visa stamping which I had in 1999 for the first time.

Hey Guys,
After 15 months of waiting finally my 140 Approved. FP done in May 2004 and my case under EB3 now I am waiting for 485.

Can anyone tell me whether my case comes under retrogation? someone told me if your FP has done, your case wouldn't come under retrogation.
