Anybody filed I-485 after I-140 approved for CP - delays?

Hello!

Please share your experince if you opted for AOS after having filed I-140 with CP option checked.

Did you experience any delays with ND, FP, EAD/AP or AD of I-485?

Only I-797 should be sent to NVC by NCS

I spoke to an IIO at NCS today. He said that an I-797 Approval Notice is sent to NVC only NOT the file/case. So technically, there should be nothing to request from NVC.

Is that right?
