My EAD & AP transfered to Phily office because my I485 got transfered to Phily. Is anybody had this experience. What should I do if I am not getting EAD approval before my current one expires.
----- If your I-485 has been transferred to Phily Local BCIS office, you should go to that office with I-485 receipt, your EAD, AP filing receipts. They will issue you EAD and AP. Same happened with one of my friend his I-485 was transferred to Newark NJ, He filed EAD with VSC he did got the receipt and letter from VSC that his file has been sent to local office. He visited local office got EAD for 8 months and AP for 1 year.
