Hi,

Which center? Your case is 2002? or 2003?

My case is submitted on Nov. 7, 2003 with OR catelog to CSC still pending.

You are a few months behind the current CSC processing time. Have you file an inquiry yet?

No, I did not file an inquiry. Can I file an inquiry by myself? Have you filed an inquiry? I just had a look at VSC processing time. It is about January, 2003. You are 1-2 months behind it. Mine is 3-4 months behind CSC.

The OISS in my university did the I-140 OR petition for me. The inquiry should be filed by them? or I can file the inquiry by myself?

Is there any INS forms for filing an inquiry? Or just write a letter to them?

You need to have the processing receipt date to be 30 days more than the your receipt date. It may be premature to inquire about your case. I know the wait is agonizing. Hope the news will be positive.
