Did you guys include I-140 approval notice, I-94, and marriage certificate in your I-131 (AP) and I-765 (EAD) applications again even though you had them in your I-485 application?

INS received my app on 9/30

INS received my request for AP on 9/30 and I have not yet received the approval. Still waiting......

My EID application also was received by INS on the 9/30 and was approved on 10/25.

Anyway in the same boat, or is it just me.........

Hi guys,
at last our EAD & AP aplication got approved on dec 12 & dec 13 though the online message for ap is kind or weird but i thik it means the ap was approved , it says the foloowing

'On December 13, 2002, the document we made based on the approval or registration of this case was mailed directly to the person to whom issued.'
do you know if it's something different than approval ?

FIle 485/EAD/AP on 11/14/02 - No news as yet

I have filed my 485/EAD/AP on 11/14/02 but have recd. no intimation from INS. I have also filed an amendment for i40 for change of company name. Does anybody know the reason for the delay. Has anyone filed an amendment to 140 for name change.
