Any way to get a case transfered out of NSC?

I've got a call from senator's office about my processing, according to them my fingerprints and namecheck have passed, and they have received my medical; but NSC is processing 2001 and it could take quite a while before they even touch my case.

Now, a lot of people I know whose cases were sent to Texas have tbeir greencards in their wallets months ago. Is there any way to get my case sent over there? Congressman, lawsuit, nasty letters?

You can't do anything. Its up to NSC to process your case or pass it on for an interview or to backlog reduction center. The probability is that you will get your GC this year which is thousand times better than before so just chill, you should get it within few months...
 
You Will See Some Massive Approvals By September 30, 2006.
They Process Applications Case To Case Basis And By Fiscal Year.
If You Applied On Or After May 2005, Did Bio-3, With Medical You Will Be Approved Very Soon By September.

I Wrote My Sdenator, I Got That Response From Nsc & Tsc In Regards To Massive Approvals By September 30.
Especially Applications Received On May 2005 To March 30 2006.
 
Thanks for the quick response THEMEN I sure hope I fall into this catergory. I am so tired of never knowing... the last communication I got from them was RFI received by TSC: Feb-24-06. The rest has been activity... and nothing leading into the approval... so I am just "patiently hoping that it does materialize for us!

could you show us that letter please? so if they dont we can take it as an evidence to sue uscis.

Empanado did you try writing to the Ombudsman's office????? (if you want information for that call me) you know where to find me, after all we know each other for 4 years :p
