Any WAC-01- Guys waiting?

not sure but

this is what I included and mailed recently:

. 485 receipt notice
. copy of EAD both sides
. The stub which came along with the Card
. copy of I-94 both sides

Did you include all the above ?
 
Yes

I included all those along with application, two photos and fees. God knows what they want more, according to the information bulletin they shouldn't need anything else.
May be they dont like my photos...
 
looks like a RFE is inevitable in my case too

had included two photographs too......let's wait and see
 
My case number is 01-265-XXXX, RFE RD is 9/6/02, No approval yet. ND for second EAD is 8/12/02.

Does anybody go to San Jose INS for Interim EAD and what is the best time to go there? Also, if the primary applicant does not go, is that OK?

garu1gsr what is the time frame for your EAD application?

Primary applicant must go for the interim EAD as they take picture of the person which will be affixed to the EAD.
