THERE IS NO NEED FOR TRANSIT VISA IF YOU HAVE A US VISA.

While flying for your interview you have a vaid H-1
While Flying back from your interview you have a valid IV visa

NO VISA REQUIRED

NO TRANSIT VISA IS REQUIRED. I called the french consulate again to verify this information.

I have checked German, Holland,UK and French web sites and
NO transit visa needed for valid US visa holders.

You get an envelope full of paperwork and I551 by consulate for POE. POE stamps on passport.

The stamp does not look like conventional US visa.
